The short version: Calcoring is designed to work without an account. Most calculations happen in your browser. We use limited technical data, Google Analytics, and cookieless Plausible metrics to deliver, secure, understand, and improve the service.
1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to calcoring.com and the tools, guides, and market utilities available through it. “Calcoring,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website.

2. Information we process
We do not require an account and we do not ask for exchange credentials, wallet seed phrases, government identifiers, or payment details.
- Technical request data. Our hosting and security provider may process an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, routing data, and security or diagnostic events when the site is accessed.
- Contact data. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include.
- Display preference. The light or dark theme you select is saved in local browser storage under “calcoring-theme.”
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor counts, sessions, page views, approximate geography, and browser or device categories. Google Analytics may process IP addresses at collection time and use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish users and sessions.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We also use Plausible Analytics through data.page-views.com to measure aggregate traffic trends such as page views, referral sources, countries, and browser or device categories. Plausible is designed without analytics cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers.
- Calculator and market requests. Calculator inputs are primarily handled in your browser. When you request a live mark price, the selected exchange, asset, position size, and margin mode may be sent to our server endpoint so it can retrieve the relevant public market context.
- Shared setups. If you create a share link, selected calculator values are encoded in the URL. Anyone who receives that URL can read those values.
3. Why we use information
We use limited information to provide calculator and market-data functions, understand how pages and tools are used, improve the service, keep it reliable and secure, diagnose errors, answer messages, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Calcoring, your consent where applicable, or compliance with law.
4. Cookies and local storage
Calcoring uses Google Analytics 4. Its JavaScript tag may set first-party cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_<container-id>” to distinguish users and persist session state. We do not use these analytics cookies to sell personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Plausible Analytics is used for aggregate measurement without analytics cookies or persistent identifiers. The site also stores your theme preference locally so the interface can reopen in the mode you selected. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Essential infrastructure may use short-lived or security-related technologies needed to route traffic, prevent abuse, and keep the service available.
5. Service providers and market sources
Calcoring is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes network and request data as a service provider for delivery, security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
Google provides Google Analytics 4 and processes analytics events and associated technical information under Google’s terms and privacy practices. Analytics data may be processed in more than one country.
Plausible Analytics is delivered through data.page-views.com and processes aggregate usage events without analytics cookies or persistent visitor profiles.
Our server may request public market information from Binance, OKX, Bybit, Hyperliquid, or CoinGecko. These requests are made by our server using the market parameters needed for the requested result; we do not intentionally send your contact information or a user profile to those market sources.
6. Disclosure and sale
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose limited information to infrastructure providers acting for us, when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
Calcoring does not create a persistent server-side profile of your calculator inputs. Google Analytics and Plausible reporting data is retained according to the settings configured for our analytics properties and the providers’ applicable terms. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements. Security and diagnostic logs are retained according to operational need and our infrastructure provider’s configured retention.
8. International processing
Internet services may process data in more than one country. Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers. Local privacy protections and enforcement rights may vary by location.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a local data protection authority.
Email hello@calcoring.com to make a request. We may need enough information to verify the request and determine whether a legal exception applies.
10. Children
Calcoring is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and the limited information we process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this Policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
