The short version: use Calcoring as an independent estimation and learning tool. Check every material number with your exchange before placing, changing, or closing a trade.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Calcoring, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for following the laws and trading restrictions that apply where you live.
2. What Calcoring provides
Calcoring provides calculators, explanatory content, public market-data utilities, and ways to share selected setups. The service is provided for general information, education, and independent analysis.
Calcoring is not an exchange, broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, custodian, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or guarantee regarding any asset, trade, or strategy.
3. Trading risk and your decisions
Crypto assets, derivatives, leverage, and perpetual futures involve substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the funds committed to a position, and market movements may occur faster than a tool can update.
You alone decide whether to trade and are responsible for position sizing, leverage, collateral, order type, fees, funding, taxes, compliance, and risk management. Seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
4. Estimates, formulas, and market data
Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs, formulas, presets, public endpoints, and assumptions shown on the relevant page. Exchanges may apply private account data, risk tiers, deductions, rounding, insurance rules, open-order reserves, portfolio margin, or engine changes that Calcoring cannot observe.
Market data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or replaced with a clearly labeled reference or preset. Always verify entry price, mark price, maintenance margin, fees, and liquidation price in the exchange interface before acting.
5. Shared links and calculator inputs
A shared calculator URL may contain the values selected for that setup. Do not place account identifiers, credentials, private financial information, or other sensitive information in a link you intend to share.
You are responsible for deciding who receives a shared link and how they use it. A shared result is still an estimate and does not become advice or an exchange quote.
6. Third-party services and independence
Calcoring may display or retrieve public information associated with Binance, OKX, Bybit, Hyperliquid, CoinGecko, or other providers. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Calcoring is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated, or guaranteed by those providers. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and data rules.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, overload endpoints, scrape at a rate that harms availability, misrepresent Calcoring output as an official exchange quote, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
We may limit or block abusive access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, providers, or other users.
8. Intellectual property
The Calcoring name, interface, original text, design, and software are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the site for its intended purpose.
You may link to public pages and share generated results. You may not copy, resell, frame, or create a misleading derivative of the service except where applicable law permits it.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including formulas, presets, supported exchanges, and market sources. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calcoring is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calcoring and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses, including lost profits, lost data, liquidation, missed opportunities, or losses caused by reliance on an estimate or third-party market data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits limitation, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud or willful misconduct.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact hello@calcoring.com and describe the issue so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.
